Ocean City store owners, Jim & Tracey Hennessy, and Sea Isle store owners, Brian & Jamie Heritage, just got back from CA where they experienced the U.S. Open of surfing in Huntington Beach as only a V.I.P. could.. As, what Hurley considers, one of the top 25 surf shops in the nation, Heritage was shown the U.S. Open from the inside out as proper as one of the largest Action Sports Industry apparel companies could.
Hurley knows the core of our surfing world is in the surf shop, and they are one of the most solid brands out there today. Hurley sponsors the biggest surf events in the states, Between the U.S. Open and the Lowers WCT, Hurley pretty much runs things. Heritage was greeted out west by Hurley President, Bob Hurley, and athletes Pat O’Connell, Yadin Nicol, and contest winner Brett Simpson. They watched Tim Curran jam from the V.I.P. booths that oversee the entire beach, and the line up. No better way to watch the Open, trust me.
